Each item is crafted using quality materials and careful production methods to ensure your design
looks great and lasts. ✨
However, if something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will assist you as quickly as possible. 💌
🛡️ Our “Made-Right Promise”
If your item arrives:
✨ Materially different from what you ordered (wrong design or details)
✨ Produced incorrectly or with a clear manufacturing error
✨ Made on the wrong product or incorrect variant
…we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s), depending on the situation.
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund instead. ✅
Refund decisions are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your claim is approved.
❌ Order Cancellations
Because PawGift items are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase and a portion
of your payment goes toward setup and personalization.
Here’s how cancellations work:
- 🕒 Before production begins:
Email us your order number and cancellation request — we’ll cancel it free of charge. - 🔧 After production has started:
A $20 customization/restocking fee per item may apply since your order is already in production
and made specifically for you.
💵 Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the original amount paid, minus:
- Shipping fees
- Customization or setup fees (if applicable)
- Discounts, coupons, or promotional reductions
Once your return or claim is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. 💌
💳 Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle to show on your statement.
⚠️ Important Notes & Disclaimers
- 🕓 All sales become final after 30 days from the delivery date.
- 🐾 Made-to-order / personalized items cannot be returned or refunded due to customer entry errors
(such as wrong size selected, incorrect pet name, photo, or customization details).
Please review your order carefully before placing it. - 🔄 PawGift reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
