Made to order in daily print runs · T-shirts arrive in about 6–8 days · free U.S. shipping.

Everything at Pawgift is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — once you place your order, your shirt or hoodie is printed just for you, checked, packed and sent out. That is why our delivery time is a little longer than off-the-shelf stores, and it is also why every piece arrives fresh.

In short: order before 12:00 PM Central Time to join that day’s print run · T-shirts ship in about 2–3 days and arrive in about 6–8 days in total · hoodies & sweatshirts ship in about 3–5 days and arrive in about 8–10 days · free shipping on every U.S. order.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing & print run

Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
We print in daily runs. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (Chicago) go into that day’s run; orders placed after the cutoff go into the next day’s run.
The countdown on every product page shows how much time is left before today’s cutoff, and the estimated delivery date for an order placed right now.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons (holidays, big game weeks) and carrier delays can add a few days, and post offices do not deliver on U.S. federal holidays. Once your package is in transit, delays are in the carrier’s hands — but we will always help you chase it.

Free standard shipping on every order to a U.S. address.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Please allow up to 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into its system — “no information yet” usually just means it has not been scanned.
Bigger orders may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Past your estimated delivery date and still no package? Email us and we will look into it right away.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If something looks wrong or incomplete, we may contact you to confirm it, which can delay your order.
Need to change the address? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order — after that your order is locked for production (see our Cancellation & Modification Policy).
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee applies to send it again.
If you ask the carrier to redirect a package after it has shipped, we cannot be responsible if it is lost or damaged.

Lost or damaged packages

Package marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbors and around your mailbox, and give the carrier 24–48 hours to finish delivery. Still missing, or arrived damaged? Email us within 30 days of the delivery date — it is covered by our 30-day Refund & Replacement guarantee.
