These Terms of Service govern your use of pawgift.co and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using pawgift.co, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have read these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place orders.

2. Custom Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on pawgift.co are made to order. You acknowledge that:

• Production begins soon after your order is placed; changes or cancellations are only possible if you email us within 2 hours of ordering
• Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled
• Each item is printed for your order and cannot be resold
• Return policies for custom items differ from off-the-shelf goods (see our Return Policy)

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is required at time of order; we accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Trademark Notice

Pawgift is an independent fan store. Team names, logos, color schemes, and player references that appear in our designs are used for fan-inspired apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NCAA, or any of their member teams. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Our products are intended for personal use by fans.

5. Intellectual Property

Our website design, copy, and original artwork are the property of Pawgift. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission. To report an intellectual property concern, email support@pawgift.co.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawgift is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific order

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawgift from any claims arising out of your misuse of our website or products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
